From traditional getaways to exotic adventures, Ovation Vacations connects you with travel consultants, who develop the right vacation experience for you year-round.

    Our websites and related services are designed for individual travelers who wish to connect with highly specialized third-party and/or in-house travel consultants, who develop the right vacation experience for our clientele year-round. When travelers share information with us in the context of our leisure travel services, it is with the understanding that we will share this information with our travel consultants, and with travel suppliers that our consultants use to book individual travel (e.g., airline carriers, hotels, and car rental agencies). This is because connecting travelers to such consultants and booking individual leisure travel is a core part of our business.


    We may collect information about you from you directly, and we may receive information from companies or individuals who refer you to us, or other third parties when you use our website, our travel booking services, or otherwise interact with us, our service providers, or our advertising partners. The information we collect or otherwise receive may include:

    • Contact information, such as your first and last name, email and mailing addresses, phone number and professional title.
    • Login data, such as your agent or admin login ID and password.
    • Travel data, such as information about your travel itinerary and other information required to book your vacation, including date of birth, gender, passport or other government-issued identification number, TSA known redress number, airline frequent flyer or other rewards numbers, credit card information, preferences (e.g., meal choices and allergy restrictions).
    • Correspondence, such as information you provide when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise correspond with us online, as well as when you complete our surveys.
    • Social media data, such as information that you publish on Ovation Vacation’s social media pages such as tweets, comments, news articles, video or audio content and your social media handle. When you visit or interact with our pages on social media platforms, the platform provider’s privacy policy will apply to your interactions and their collection, use and processing of your personal information.
    • Automatically collected data. We, our service providers and third party partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your activity over time on our website and other online services, such as:
      • Device data, such as your computer or mobile device operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, device identifier (such as the Google Advertising ID or Apple ID for Advertising), browser type, screen resolution, IP address, the website you visited before browsing our website, and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.

    • Marketing, including to send you Ovation-related marketing and promotional communications as permitted by law. You will have the ability to opt‐out of our marketing and promotional communications as described in the Opt out of marketing section below.
    • Advertising. We work with advertising partners to display advertisements on our website or elsewhere online. These advertisements are delivered by our advertising partners and may be targeted based on your use of our website, services, or your activity elsewhere online.     • Compliance with law. As we believe necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities.

    • Travel consultants. Our business is to connect you with the right third-party and/or in-house travel consultant to provide you an unforgettable luxury leisure travel experience. We share the information that you provide to us in the context of our leisure travel services with such travel consultants, to provide you with the services that you request.
    • Travel suppliers. We share information with third-party travel suppliers to book the leisure travel services that you request, such as airline carriers, hotels, car rental agencies, or other suppliers named on your travel itinerary.
    • Corporate Affiliates. We may share information with our parent company, subsidiaries, or other affiliates for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
    • Service providers. We may share information with service providers, including third party companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate our services (such as customer support, hosting, analytics, email delivery, marketing, and database management services). These third parties may use your personal information only as directed or authorized by us and in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy, and are prohibited from using or disclosing your information for any other purpose.
    • Professional advisors. We may disclose information to our professional advisors, such as lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
    • Advertising partners. Third party advertising companies that collect information about your activity on our website and other online services to help us advertise our services.

    How to submit a request
